Government Polytechnic College Anantnag was established in the year 2012 under Centrally Sponsored Scheme “Setting up of new Polytechnics” by Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India. The Polytechnic has a beautiful campus of around 9.5 acres at Larkipora.
