During close association with the people and working with them in various program of community welfare and social service, it was being felt, since a long time by the members that there should be a standard life oriented centre of learning (LOCL) in all levels of educational streams for the students of present and coming generations and this centre should impart quality education and socially useful training at reasonable cost, in general academic plus various technical and professional courses;
