Artificial Intelligence has acquired widespread acceptance and approval among enterprises, business applications and research communities. Several startups in recent times have endorsed the discipline. Artificial Intelligence is a broad field that promises to simulate numerous innate human skills like Automatic Programming, Case-Based Reasoning, Neural Networks, Fuzzy Logic, Decision-Making, Expert Systems, Natural Language Processing, Pattern Recognition and Speech Recognition etc. A.I. technologies bring more complex data-analysis features to existing applications.

Intelligent System

The course aims to build in eligible candidates, the skills needed in analyzing, designing, and developing complex cognitive systems. Such cognitive systems can perceive their environment and react accordingly in an intelligent manner. Another significant feature of these intelligent systems is their ability to learn and adapt to complex and changing environments, requirements and users. Such systems are especially relevant in the areas of robotics, virtual agents, multimedia and web information systems. Students are guided to work independently following scientific principles and methodologies. The program is explicitly designed to convey practical skills and abilities.

How to Join

One who wants to join Intelligent System should pass the qualifying examination with an aggregate score of 55% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. After completing the same, the student has to appear for the Joint Entrance Exam Main (JEE - Main) to get admission into one of the top colleges or universities in India.

Most of the engineering colleges in India offer admission to students based on the JEE Main examination. It is a national level entrance examination done by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in India.

Graduate Aptitude Test (GATE) is the national level entrance examination for admission to postgraduate courses by the IITs and IISc in India. Admission to these institutions is offered based on the score secured in GATE by the candidate.

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is the national level apex authority responsible for the regulation and control of all engineering colleges and courses available in India. AICTE is the statutory authority responsible for proper planning and coordination on the development of the technical education system in India.

Aspiring eligible candidates need to be interested and proficient in areas such as Programming, Data structures, Algorithms, Pattern recognition, Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, Physics Numerical methods, and Psychology, besides Math, Trigonometry, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Statistics and Probability, and the Linux software.
